    Description of Presentation: Field Experience Supervision of practicum students and interns is a critical and meaningful role in the training of future school psychologists. In this session, advanced topics, such as the supervisory relationship, multicultural supervision, and challenges in supervision will be covered. In addition, practical tools for supervision will be presented.

    Workshop Objectives:

    Participants will learn various approaches and key components of effective supervisory relationships.

    Participants will reflect on their current level of cultural responsiveness with supervisees.

    Participants will learn how to use supervisory tools to enhance multicultural responsiveness in the context of their supervisory relationships.

    Participants will identify at least one tool/strategy presented today to incorporate into supervision.
