Registration Policies
Please note that you must be a current member of AASP at the time you register for the conference in order to obtain the member rate. It is recommended that you renew membership a week to ten days prior to registering for the conference. Cancellations must be made by October 31st. No refunds will be given following that date.
Directions for Purchase Order Processing
1. Complete the conference registration form online.
2. Print the completed registration form and give it to the appropriate contact at the school district for processing of the PO.
3. The Purchase Order, with the registration form(s) attached, must either be e -mailed to admin@aasp -az.org or faxed to 480 -893 -7775. The Purchase Order must provide an e -mail address so that the AASP office can e -mail the invoice.
4. An invoice will be e -mailed for payment.
