This workshop supports district priorities related to school safety, emergency preparedness, and coordinated crisis response. The PREPaRE workshop is designed to strengthen staff readiness and role clarity for individuals assigned responsibilities within the school or district Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Incident Command System (ICS) organizational structure.

Participants will receive training aligned with Arizona Department of Education (ADE) emergency preparedness expectations for individuals assigned specific functions within a school or district Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Incident Command System (ICS) organizational structure. Participants will:

• Receive formal instruction aligned with EOP and ICS functional roles, including prevention, response, and recovery responsibilities

• Engage in applied crisis-preparedness activities consistent with ADE guidance for role-based emergency operations training

• Receive a Certificate of Completion documenting participation in PREPaRE training that meets ADE training requirements for individuals assigned designated functions within an EOP/ICS structure
