AASP Conference Raffle Ticket Purchase Form

Enter for a chance to win a variety of prizes at the October 23rd and/or November 5th series of the 2020 Annual AASP Fall Conference. Proceeds to benefit AASP mini-grants, NASP Children’s Funds and state charities that benefit youth and their families.

Each raffle ticket is $1. You do not need to be present to win. To purchase, complete this form and enter the total number of raffle tickets you wish to purchase.

Please note:
1) Only Arizona residents can apply for and win raffle prizes.
2) The donations are not cash deductible. Money spent to purchase raffle tickets are not considered charitable contributions (not tax deductible). The price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
