Important Reminders

• Attendees cannot switch sessions after registering for the conference
  ^o  If you need to switch your registration type (in-person vs. virtual) please contact AASP Headquarters.

• When completing the electronic session evaluations for your CPD certificate, please enter the correct email address where you'd like the certificate sent (make sure to check for typos). Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the certificate emailed directly from Certify'em.

• If you have any questions regarding CPDs, contact AASP's Continuing Professional Development Chair: Alyssa Froio.

In-Person Attendance
Attendees joining in-person at the conference will be required to electronically sign in to every session and complete an electronic evaluation for every session to earn CPDs.

• Sign in process: Every CPD session will have an electronic attendance form; a QR code to scan to access the form will be displayed in each room. Every attendee will need to sign  in via the electronic attendance form.

• Post-session evaluation: Toward the end of each CPD session, AASP will share a QR code in each room linking to the post-session evaluation. You must complete the evaluation to have the CPD certificate emailed to you.
  ^o  Be sure to bring a device that can scan QR codes on-site at the conference; scan QR code via mobile camera (specific app not required)

Virtual Attendance
Attendees joining us virtually will be required to electronically sign in to every session and complete an electronic evaluation for every session to earn CPDs.

• Sign in process: Every CPD session will have an attendance link shared in the session chat box on MobileUp. You are required to sign in via the attendance link for every CPD session.

• Post-session evaluation: Toward the end of each CPD session, AASP will share the link to the evaluation in the session chat box on MobileUp. You must complete the evaluation to have the CPD certificate emailed to you.
