Fundraising

The annual silent auction will be held during lunch on Thursday, November 2 and a raffle will offer items during lunch on Friday, November 3. Proceeds support the AASP mini-grant program and the NASP Children’s Fund. Credit cards will be accepted (additional information will be shared for virtual attendees). Items have been donated by our generous sponsors, AASP members, and local businesses and organizations. 

Virtual Registration Information
Please note that you must be logged in and a current member of AASP at the time of registration to obtain the discounted member rate. to obtain the discounted member rate. It is recommended that you renew membership 7-10 days prior to registering for the conference to ensure you receive the discount. Whether you pay by credit card or school district purchase order (PO), you must register online. Be aware of the Early Bird registration deadline of October 20, 2023 and the regular registration rates. Registration confirmation is provided via e-mail after you register successfully.

Refund Policy

AASP leadership is offering hybrid sessions for individuals who prefer to participate virtually and watch sessions through live streaming (check the AASP conference webpage to confirm the sessions available virtually). Conference registration fees are the same for in-person and virtual attendance. While attendees may change how they attend up to the day before the start of the conference (contact AASP to make a change), AASP is adhering to a no refund policy.
