For your FIRST login, enter a Login ID and Password of your choice, with no blanks and greater than 5 characters in length.
You may continue to login and update your information as a New Applicant until you have paid your membership fees and your status has been changed from PENDING to ACTIVE by the AASP-AZ Administrator. If you forget your Login ID or Password, contact the AASP-AZ Administrator who will send that information to your email address of record.
If applying for a Full Membership, please upload your current AED certificate with your online registration or fax it to 602-996-2330.
If applying for a Student Membership, please print a Membership Application, put your name at the top and have your Advisor/Professor sign the middle section confirming your Student status.
